DXDKEY is a utility program developed by Delta-X Research for downloading data from the Megger/AVO Delta-2000 test instrument's EEPROM data key. The program communicates with the PKS-232 Interface Module to retrieve test results and save them to a comma- or tab-delimited text file. DXDKEY can also be used to view and edit data files, as well as erase data keys for re-use.
